Forwarders / Logistics companies and shippers are directly connected and transacting with each other. Phaata only plays the role of supporting connection and promoting successful transactions easily, quickly and effectively.

The shipper will make payment directly and fully to the service provider for the amount of freight, other logistics charges and expenses (if any) based on the quotation and other payment terms shown in the agreement / commitment (if any) has been agreed directly between the two parties. Forwarder / Logistics Companies and Shippers are free to agree on payment terms. Phaata.com is not responsible for all payment-related issues between Shippers and Forwarder / Logistics Companies.
- Step 1: The system will send a confirmation of successful booking / service order to the Shipper right after completing the process of booking / service order on the Phaata.com. In order to request a quick confirmation of your booking / service order, the Shipper please provide the correct and complete information.
- Step 2: After that, the system will automatically transfer the booking / service order directly to the Forwarder / Logistics company on the system to confirm the booking / service order of the Shipper directly. During booking / service order confirmation, the Forwarder / Logistics Company and the Shipper can discuss directly from the system's available support tools or can make an appointment to meet directly with each other as needed.
- Step 3: After Forwarder / Logistics Company has agreed to provide booking / service for Shipper. The Forwarder / Logistics Company will send a confirmation of booking / service to the Shipper at the management page on Phaata.com.
- Step 4: The Shipper monitors and receives a confirmation of booking / service from Forwarder / Logistics Company at its management page on Phaata.com.
In case the Shipper wants to change the booking / service order that has been confirmed. Please notify the relevant Forwarder/ Logistics Company as soon as possible, and negotiate and pay by yourself incurred costs (if any)
In case the Shipper wants to terminate the transaction and cancel the booking / service order that has been confirmed. Please notify the relevant Forwarder/ Logistics Company as soon as possible, and negotiate and pay by yourself incurred costs (if any).
When wishing to search information or order services on Phaata.com, the Shipper should follow these steps:
- Step 1: Register / Log in your account as a Shipper
- Step 2: The Shipper quickly searches for available services or can request a quote for his / her specific service.
- Step 3: The Shipper compares and selects the most satisfactory Forwarder /Logistics Company to contact to order service or negotiate more directly about his/her requirements.
- Step 4: Receive services and make direct transactions with the Forwarder / Logistics Company; Phaata provides effective management tools and utilities such as instant chat, booking management, supplier management, message management ... to help the Shipper to manage, monitor and interact directly with large numbers of Forwarder/ Logistics Company quickly, conveniently and effectively.
- Step 5: The Shipper makes payment directly to the Forwarder/ Logistics Company under the terms of direct contract agreement between the two parties.
- Step 6: Evaluate the quality of service for / Forwarder / Logistics Company or complain (if any)
To become a Supplier / Forwarder / Logistics Company on the Phaata.com, you need to register an account as a Supplier / Forwarder Logistics Company:
- Step 1: Register / Login with your account as a Supplier / Forwarder Logistics Company
- Step 2: Go to the management page to create a booth to introduce the company, services to potential customers – Shippers.
- Step 3: Post the service on Phaata.com
- Step 4: Receive a booking request or request a quote directly from the Shippers
- Step 5: Make direct transactions with the Shippers.
