Japan's ports will be closed on April 17 due to strike

Every year, around February to April, Japan begins "Shunto", or "Spring Wage Offensive", and is a series of negotiations between workers through unions and employers.
The Japanese port workers decided to go on strike to demand more pay.
The Japan Harbor and Transportation Association (JHTA) and the National Federation of Dockworkers Union of Japan (Nikoren) are expected to discuss the wages of port workers.
The strike will begin in the early morning of April 17 and end 24 hours later on the morning of April 18, according to Texas-based logistics provider Crane Worldwide Logistics: This impacts all ports in Japan and all dockworkers and there will be a total lockdown for the full 24 hours."
