CMA CGM updates its operating situation in China due to COVID-19 impact (#No. 6)
Following the final announcement of CMA CGM on February 18, 2020, CMA CGM wants to update customers about their operating arrangements due to the situation of COVID-19 developing in mainland China.
Production activities are gradually improving, many port workers and truck drivers are returning to work, and cargo flows are being improved at major coastal ports. Business activities have now entered the recovery phase.
CMA CGM Group strives to support customers better when their business operations recover but does not affect the health and welfare of their employees and partners in China. Beginning March 2, 2020, alternative staff groups will be deployed in their offices according to different work schedules. Staff working from home during regular hours will continue to provide remote service.
