China United Lines (Culines) and Antong Holding, two Chinese logistics service providers are expanding rapidly, cooperating to develop together in shipping and logistics.

The two companies have signed an agreement on capital cooperation framework in Guangzhou, planning to invest in areas related to shipping and logistics.

Last year, Culines and Antong Holding have deployed twelve 4,250 TEU containerships to provide services for Asia-European and Trans-Pacific routes.

"To cope with market fluctuations recently, the two companies will collaborate on service upgrading and promote shipping business focus on domestic dual circulation," Culines said.
