Riding a Wave of Growth, Dachser Expands Specialized Logistics for Wine & Spirits in Asia-Pacific

Dachser, a global logistics provider with over 90 years of experience and more than two decades of expertise in wine and spirits logistics, has announced the expansion of its service portfolio across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Through this expansion, the Dachser Air & Sea Logistics (ASL) APAC division further strengthens its position to better support the region's growing market needs.

Leveraging its deep industry expertise and robust multimodal network, Dachser offers an end-to-end integrated supply chain solution for wine and spirits businesses operating between Europe and APAC. The service combines air and sea transport with the well-established Dachser Road Logistics European network, providing efficiency, reliability, and ensuring product integrity from origin to destination.

The APAC wine and spirits market is projected to grow at a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 5-6% through 2030, driven by rising consumer demand and expanding trade.

Dachser's participation at the ProWine Hong Kong 2025 exhibition (held from May 14-16) marked a key milestone in the expansion of its wine logistics portfolio in the region. Under the motto "Wine and spirits, delivered with excellence," the event served as a platform for the company to showcase its capabilities to trade partners, importers, and distributors.

From European Vineyards to Asia-Pacific: Building on a Global Foundation

Dachser's integrated wine logistics service includes multimodal transport options—air, sea (Full Container Load FCL and Less than Container Load LCL), and European road transport—along with buyers’ consolidation, customs clearance, warehousing, temperature-controlled handling, and in-house insurance. All services are supported by Dachser’s proprietary digital systems, providing real-time tracking and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) visibility.
