OOCL launches AI chatbot to serve customers
OOCL (Orient Overseas Container Line) has launched a new Chinese-language AI chatbot on its customer platforms.
OOCL introduced an AI chatbot named “Fin” on OOCL.com, My OOCL Center and Freightsmart platforms.
The chatbot allows customers to inquire about a variety of topics, such as shipping schedules, FreightSmart product information, Cargo Tracking, and more. The chatbot is initially available in Simplified Chinese, but development on an English version is underway, according to OOCL.
Chatbot Fin is powered by Alibaba Cloud. Hong Kong-listed OOCL is part of China's Cosco Shipping Group.
